Leads sitting in a spreadsheet, or coming in from your website?
Here are two ways to get them into Atlas.
- 1
Prepare your CSV
Watch this step · 0:09First, an existing list. Open Leads and click the Import button.
Your file needs a header row: Name, Phone and Email, plus Destination, Budget, Pax, Source and Notes if you have them.
Each row needs at least a name, phone or email. Columns are matched by their header, so names like Mobile, WhatsApp or Customer Name work too.
- 2
Import it
Watch this step · 0:25Choose the file. Atlas reads the columns and tells you how many leads are ready.
Click Import. They land in New Leads, ready to work.
Using Excel or Google Sheets? Download or save the sheet as a CSV file first.
- 3
Connect your website form
Now your website. Open Settings, then Integrations, and copy your Lead Webhook URL.
Point your form at it. WordPress, Elementor, Google Forms, Zapier, Make and Pabbly all work, and the developer docs have step-by-step recipes.
Your webhook URL is private to your agency — anyone who has it can add leads, so share it only with whoever builds your forms.
Copy-paste recipes for every major form tool are at platform.adwixatlas.com.

Watch enquiries arrive
Watch this step · 0:57Every new enquiry becomes a lead within seconds.
Atlas tags the source by itself: Meta Ads, Google Ads or Website.
Turn on Skip duplicate leads, so a repeat enquiry adds a note instead of a second card.
Forward the fbclid or gclid from your landing page and Atlas can tie a future booking back to the ad that brought the lead in.
Every lead, in one pipeline.
Next, turn one into a confirmed booking.
