A new lead is waiting.
Let's build them a branded quotation and send it, in a few minutes.
- 1
Open the lead
Watch this step · 0:08Open the lead and click New Quotation.
You can also start from the lead's Quotations section with Build Quotation.
- 2
Choose a starting point
Watch this step · 0:12Start from one of your packages. Its itinerary, inclusions and prices are copied into the quote.
No package yet? Start from scratch, or let AI draft one from the lead's details.
Draft with AI uses what the lead already told you — destination, budget, number of travellers and their notes.
- 3
Check the details
Watch this step · 0:27Check the title, the nights and days, and how long the quote stays valid.
The same screen takes a cover photo, important notes for the client (they print on the PDF) and private internal notes.
- 4
Build it day by day
Now the itinerary. Every day is a tab on the left. Click a day to edit it.
Add hotels, transfers and activities. Pick a saved supplier and its cost fills in for you.
Your margin on every line is worked out as you go.
On a laptop each day is a tab, so you never scroll through the whole trip; on a phone the days stack in one list.
Costs and margins are for you only — they never appear on the customer’s PDF.
Watch this step · 0:33 - 5
Price it
Watch this step · 0:52On the right, set the travellers and the selling price.
The total and your margin update instantly. Then click Create Quotation.
Add child and infant prices if needed, or switch on Good / Better / Best pricing options so the client can pick a tier.
- 6
Send it
Now send it.
On WhatsApp with a link to the proposal, by email with the PDF attached, or download the PDF.
And Atlas schedules the follow-ups for you, so no quote goes un-chased.
The proposal link opens a branded online version of the quote that works on any phone.
Follow-up reminders default to 2 and 5 days after sending. Change them in Settings → WhatsApp → Quote follow-ups.
Watch this step · 1:02
That's your first quotation.
