Time to bill the trip.
Let's raise a proper GST invoice and get paid by UPI.
- 1
Create the invoice
On the booking, click Create Invoice.
Atlas starts a draft with the trip, the amount and the payments already received.
You can also start one from Finance → Invoices → New Invoice.
Finance is available to the owner and to teammates you give finance access, on the Growth and Enterprise plans.

Atlas picks CGST + SGST, or IGST, from the customer's state, and you add the SAC code from a list.
Then click Finalise & Send.
Atlas compares the customer’s state with your agency’s, so set your State and GSTIN in Settings → Agency first.

Get paid
Now get paid. Your customer scans the UPI QR code, or opens the payment link you share.
When money comes in, record it. The invoice switches to Partial or Paid by itself.
The invoice’s activity trail shows when the customer viewed it, so you know before you follow up.
The QR uses the UPI ID saved in Settings → Payments.

Check the totals and export the report for your CA.
Atlas flags any invoice whose customer state doesn’t match the tax head used, so mistakes are caught before you file.
Billed, paid, and filed.
