Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Adwix Atlas, a CRM platform operated by Adwix Media Prop. (Kuhn Khas, Himachal Pradesh – 176098, India). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

New accounts may start with a 14-day free trial, with no card required to begin. During the trial you can evaluate the Service without charge. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan, your account simply remains on the free trial / inactive state — you are not billed automatically for starting a trial.

2. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (e.g. annual), exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST unless stated otherwise. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor (Razorpay) to charge your selected payment method for the recurring fee until you cancel.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing connect@adwixmedia.com or through your account where the option is available. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it will not renew.

4. Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partially used periods, unused features, or accounts that are cancelled, suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for cancelling mid-cycle.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit in exceptional cases — for example a confirmed duplicate charge, a billing error on our side, or a documented and prolonged service failure that we are unable to remedy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund in an eligible case, email connect@adwixmedia.com from the address associated with your account within 7 days of the charge, including the transaction reference and the reason. We will review and respond, and any approved refund is typically processed within 7–10 business days of approval (the time for it to reflect in your account depends on your bank/processor).

6. Changes to plans & pricing

We may change plan inclusions and pricing from time to time. Any change to your recurring fee will apply from your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable notice so you can cancel before renewing if you do not agree.
