Data Deletion

What gets deleted

• Your account profile and login (including Google Sign-In identifiers, if used).
• Your workspace data — leads, customers, packages, quotations, bookings, invoices, payments and expenses.
• Connected-integration data — stored Meta (Facebook) access tokens and Page connection, and any Google tokens.
• Email/SMTP credentials and other settings you saved.

We may retain a minimal set of records where the law requires it (for example tax and accounting records), and de-identified logs needed for security. Everything else is permanently removed.

Three ways to delete your data

1. In the app (fastest). Disconnect integrations under Settings → Integrations (this immediately deletes the stored Meta/Google tokens and Page connection), then email us from the form below to close the whole account.
2. Through Facebook. Remove the Adwix app in your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites). Facebook then notifies our automated Data Deletion Request callback, which deletes your stored Meta data and returns a confirmation page with a tracking code.
3. Submit the request below. Tell us the email your account uses and we’ll verify and delete your data.

How long it takes

Integration tokens and Page connections are deleted immediately when you disconnect or remove the app. A full account deletion is completed within 30 days of us verifying your request (and usually much sooner). We’ll confirm by email once it’s done.
