Running lead ads on Facebook or Instagram?
Let's connect them to Adwix Atlas, so every new enquiry lands in your pipeline. No Zapier, no spreadsheets.

Check two things first
Watch this step · 0:14Before you start, check two things.
You're an admin of the Facebook Page your ads run from, and you're logged in to Facebook in this browser.
Your lead forms must belong to that Page. If someone else manages it, ask them to make you an admin first.
- 2
Open Integrations
Watch this step · 0:24In Atlas, open Settings, then Integrations.
Under Facebook Lead Ads, click Connect Facebook Page.
The same screen also has your Lead Webhook URL, for website and landing-page forms.
- 3
Approve on Facebook
Facebook opens. Continue as yourself.
Tick the Page your lead ads run from.
Keep the permissions switched on, and save.
Leads only import from Pages you tick here. Running ads from a second Page? Use “+ Connect another Page” later.

Choose your Page
Back in Atlas, choose the Page to connect.
That's it. New leads now import automatically.
To pull in the leads you received before connecting, click Import recent leads.
Running ads from more than one Page? Connect each of them — leads from every connected Page land in the same pipeline.
If Atlas ever shows “Facebook needs re-authorising”, click Reconnect Facebook so leads keep flowing.

Watch the leads arrive
Watch this step · 0:56From now on, when someone fills in your form, they appear in New Leads within seconds, tagged Meta Ads.
Open the lead to see which campaign it came from, and every answer from the form.
Each lead keeps the campaign it came from and every answer from your form, so you know what they asked before you call.
Your ads are now connected.
Next, turn a lead into a branded quotation, in minutes.
