Mark the quote accepted
Watch this step · 0:08Open the lead. On the quotation they chose, click Mark Accepted.
Atlas creates the booking, copies in the trip, moves the lead to Confirmed, and opens the booking for you.
If the lead already has a booking, Atlas opens that one instead of creating a duplicate.

Check the booking
Watch this step · 0:21Every booking gets its own reference, with the customer, the travel dates, and what's paid and due.
Moving a lead to Confirmed on the board creates the booking too.
Choose your booking reference prefix in Settings → Agency → Booking ID Prefix.
- 3
Record the advance
When the advance comes in, click Record Payment.
Enter the amount, the mode, like UPI, and the date. The balance due updates straight away.
Modes are UPI, NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheque and card. Add the UPI or bank reference so it’s easy to reconcile later.
Only the owner, or teammates with finance access, can record payments.

Download it, email it, or share it on WhatsApp. Supplier costs never appear on it.

Booked, paid, and on their way.
