Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what is and isn’t allowed when using Adwix Atlas, operated by Adwix Media Prop. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to follow this AUP and to ensure your team and anyone acting under your account does the same.
1. General conduct
You must use Adwix Atlas lawfully, honestly and only for legitimate travel-business purposes. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations, infringes the rights of others, or harms the Service, other users or the public.
2. Prohibited activities
- Sending spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or contacting people without a lawful basis or the consent required by applicable law.
- Violating marketing, messaging and anti-spam rules (e.g. India’s TRAI/DPDP, GDPR/ePrivacy, TCPA/CAN-SPAM) or the WhatsApp / Meta and email-provider policies you send through.
- Uploading or transmitting unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful or infringing content.
- Attempting to access another agency’s data or any account, system or data without authorisation.
- Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of the Service, or breaching or circumventing security or authentication.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or using bots to extract data or place unreasonable load on the platform.
- Uploading malware, or otherwise disrupting or degrading the integrity, performance or availability of the Service.
- Uploading identity or travel documents (passports, visas, government IDs such as Aadhaar/PAN, driver documents) or other sensitive data about a person without the authority and consent required to hold them.
- Misusing the developer API or webhooks — sharing or exposing API keys, exceeding reasonable rate limits, mass-scraping, or pointing webhooks at endpoints you don’t control or trust.
- Creating, soliciting or publishing fake, incentivised or deceptive reviews or testimonials, or using referral links to send spam.
- Reselling, sublicensing or providing the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
3. Messaging & customer contact
When you contact leads and customers through Adwix Atlas — including WhatsApp, email and automations — you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent, for honouring opt-outs and Do-Not-Disturb / DLT requirements, and for the accuracy and content of your messages. You must use approved WhatsApp templates where the platform requires them and must not use messaging features to harass or deceive recipients.
4. AI features
The Service’s AI features (powered by Anthropic’s Claude models) must be used responsibly. You must not use them to generate unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content, to impersonate others, or to submit data you are not permitted to process. AI output may be inaccurate — you remain responsible for reviewing it before use. See our Privacy Policy and Terms for more on how AI features handle data.
5. Your responsibility for data
You are the controller / Data Fiduciary for the traveller, customer, driver and supplier information you store in Adwix Atlas — including any passport, visa, identity-document, date-of-birth or government-identifier data (such as Aadhaar and PAN) you choose to record. You decide what to put into the Platform. You must handle it lawfully, collect only what you need, keep it accurate, respect the privacy rights of the individuals it concerns, and delete documents you no longer need. Do not upload special-category or sensitive data, or another person’s identity documents, without the authority and consent to process them.
6. Developer API, share links & public content
Keep your API keys secret and rotate them if exposed; you are responsible for everything done with them and with the webhooks you configure. Treat token-protected share links (proposals, invoices, vouchers, trip portals) as confidential. When you publish anything publicly — such as a reviews page or a shared proposal — make sure you have the right and any consent needed, and don’t publish unlawful, misleading, defamatory or fake content.
7. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have breached this AUP, we may warn you, remove offending content, throttle or suspend features, or suspend or terminate your account — with or without notice depending on the severity and any legal or security risk involved, as set out in our Terms of Service. Serious abuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
