Add the basics
Watch this step · 0:14Add the name, the destination, and the nights and days. Mark it domestic or international.
Add a cover photo and a few destination photos. They appear on the proposal.
Choosing International adds a starter outbound and return flight for you to fill in. Domestic trips can have flights too, under Flights & departures.

Build the itinerary
Now the itinerary. Add each day: the hotel, transfers, meals and activities.
Pick saved suppliers, and the package cost adds itself up from their rates.
Got a supplier's itinerary as a PDF? Click Upload PDF, and AI fills in the package for you to review.
On a laptop each day is a tab in the left rail, so you edit one day at a time. An uploaded PDF never saves by itself — you review it first.
Costs come from your saved suppliers’ rates — keep them up to date in Suppliers.
