Following up with every lead, by hand, every day?
Let Atlas do it for you, with an automation.
- 1
Start from a template
Open Automations and click Start from a template. Pick Welcome new leads.
Six ready-made templates cover welcome messages, instant assignment, hot leads, no-reply follow-ups, accepted quotes and pre-departure reminders.
Automations are included on the Growth and Enterprise plans. WhatsApp steps need your number connected in Settings → WhatsApp.

Insert details like their first name and destination, so every message feels personal.
Other steps can wait for a reply, split the path, create a follow-up or a booking, assign a teammate, or set the lead’s stage or priority.

Let replies stop it
Watch this step · 0:46And when the customer replies, the automation stops and your agent takes over. It never sounds like a bot.
You can pause it instead (it carries on after 3 days) or keep going regardless — but stopping is recommended.

Create it
Watch this step · 0:55Click Create. It's live, and runs for every new lead.
Each lead's page shows what was sent, and when.
If a WhatsApp or email step fails on a temporary glitch, Atlas retries it automatically before moving on.
Your follow-ups, on autopilot.
Try the other templates too: No-reply follow-up, Quote accepted and Pre-departure reminder.
